Considerações sobre cefaléia

Abstract

Este trabalho, sobre cefaléia, pretende chamar a atenção dos enfermeiros para uma queixa apresentada pelos clientes e que não tem sido valorizada satisfatoriamente. Os autores, após revisão de literatura, enfatizam os aspectos a serem observados por ocasião da elaboração do histórico e exame físico e propõem um plano de cuidados ao cliente portador de cefaléia.

The objetive of this paper is to stress the importance of patient's headache, wich is often understimated by the nursing staff. The autors often review o f the literature enphasin the aspects to be observed when elaborating the history and physical examinations of the patient with headache. A plan of care to this patient is proposed .
