Background. In an evaluation questionnaire of a minicourse in the field of Computational Economics and Statistics, (49) students expressed their perceptions about the possibilities of unfolding it in other ways. Evaluation requests disregard, initially, a previously defined structure. We will report how the categorization, and a posteriori quantification, allowed to rationalize concerns that arose in the successive processes of qualitative analysis of the evaluations. Unforeseen elements in the analyses were hinting at re-creations, bringing us closer to a learning and an experience. Method. We developed an investigation on the translation of signs based on Deleuze. Results. The very act of evaluation itself becomes an act of translation by which a learning manifests itself as a genuine artist engaged in producing a work. We built the object- work of the experience of our evaluation. Conclusions. Proceeding in this way means that each evaluative act needs to be recreated in exercises with the object of learning.
