As artes no cuidado e na educação em saúde : uma cartografia

Abstract

Esta pesquisa pretendeu subsidiar a estruturação de conexões entre as artes, o cuidado e educação em saúde, partindo do pressuposto de que há uma relação benéfica entre estes campos para os indivíduos. A questão para investigação é formulada no sentido de como incluir as artes no cuidado e na educação em saúde, e seu objetivo relacionado é cartografar ações que transversalizam arte, saúde e educação, existentes no âmbito das Secretarias Municipais de Saúde, Educação, Cultura e Economia Criativa e de Transparência e Controladoria, da Prefeitura Municipal de Porto Alegre, e identificar ações potenciais. Do ponto de vista metodológico, esta investigação encontrou suporte no método cartográfico, como processo aberto que admite a implicação do pesquisador e permite que a pesquisa e até mesmo os produtos advindos dela se delineiem ao longo do percurso, na perspectiva da compreensão sobre os elementos presentes na interseção entre saúde, educação e cultura com as artes, nestas estruturas municipais. Além da coleta de informações em sites institucionais e bibliotecas virtuais de publicação científica, foram realizadas sete entrevistas com trabalhadores destas secretarias, um diário de campo e uma ação de formação sobre arte no cuidado e na educação em saúde com os residentes do primeiro ano da Residência Multiprofissional em Atenção Primária da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde. Como produtos, além da ação formativa, foram elaborados um livro digital e um site com as ações mapeadas georreferenciadas, com o material organizado a partir da investigação. Emergiram da discussão das informações obtidas no percurso cinco dimensões que podem fornecer pistas para esta inclusão das artes no cuidado e na educação em saúde: intersetorialidade; o papel da educação ao longo da vida e da educação popular; a importância da presença das artes na formação dos profissionais de saúde; as artes para melhoria no ambiente e nos processos de trabalho; e políticas para inclusão das artes no cuidado e na educação em saúde. Foi possível depreender que atualmente as ações de interesse para a pesquisa ocorrem em maior parte pelo engajamento dos profissionais, sendo necessário sedimentá-las nas instituições através de políticas públicas, além de fomentar a presença das artes na formação dos profissionais de saúde.

This research intended to support the structuring of connections between the arts, healthcare and health education, based on the assumption that there is a beneficial relationship between these fields for individuals. The question for investigation is formulated in the sense of how to include the arts in healthcare and education, and its related aim is to cartograph actions that intersect art, health and education, within the scope of the Municipal Health, Education, Culture and Creative Economy and Transparency and Controllership, from the Municipality of Porto Alegre, and identify potential actions. From a methodological point of view, this investigation found support in the cartographic method, as an open-ended process that grants the involvement of the researcher and allows the research and even the products arising from it to be outlined along the route, from the perspective of understanding the elements present at the intersection between health, education and culture with the arts, in these municipal structures. In addition to collecting information on institutional websites and virtual libraries of scientific publications, seven interviews were carried out with workers from these departments. A field diary and a training session on art in healthcare and education were also carried out for Primary Care residents of the Municipal Health Department. As products, besides the training activity, a digital book and a website were created with georeferenced mapped actions, with the material organized from the investigation. Five dimensions emerged from the discussion of the information gathered during the course that can provide indications for this inclusion of the arts in healthcare and education: intersectoriality; the role of lifelong education and popular education; the importance of the presence of the arts in the training of health professionals; the arts to improve the environment and work processes and policies to include the arts in healthcare and education. It was possible to infer that, currently, the actions of interest to the research occur mostly through the engagement of professionals, being required to consolidate them in the institutions through public policies, in addition to promoting the presence of the arts in the training of health professionals.
