Entre o público e o privado : abuso sexual, família e rede de atendimento

Abstract

Este trabalho investigou o abuso sexual, a partir de uma revisão de literatura e três estudos empíricos. No primeiro estudo empírico, realizou-se um levantamento quantitativo de fichas de atendimento em um centro de referência em violência sexual. Dentre os resultados, destaca-se que as vítimas são meninas e com idades entre cinco e doze anos, na maioria dos casos, e que há um crescente número de encaminhamentos advindos de cidades do interior do estado, demonstrando uma possível falta de serviços nestes locais. O segundo trabalho empírico estudou como irmãs gêmeas, vítimas de abuso sexual intrafamiliar, percebiam as relações em sua família, em termos de coesão, hierarquia, afetividade, conflito e identificação. Os resultados demonstraram baixa coesão, alta hierarquia com alto poder aos abusadores, baixa auto-congruência e identificação das vítimas com os abusadores. O último estudo mostrou que três meninas de diferentes famílias percebiam suas relações com os abusadores como pouco afetivas e muito conflituosas, da mesma forma que viam o relacionamento de seus pais (abusador x mãe/madrasta). Mães e irmãos são modelos para elas, enquanto os pais não o são. Destaca-se a importância de ampliar o conhecimento sobre as famílias em que acontece o abuso sexual, aplicando-o tanto em medidas de prevenção quanto de tratamento. Medidas preventivas podem atuar como promotoras de denúncia e minimização do impacto no desenvolvimento dessas vítimas. Um aperfeiçoamento dos modelos de tratamento, incluindo maior integração das mães e irmãos pode contribuir para fortalecer essas relações, possibilitando uma recuperação mais consistente para a vítima.

This study investigated intrafamilial sexual abuse, of a review of literature and three empirical studies. In the first empirical study, held a quantitative survey of chips of care in a center of reference for abuse and sexual exploitation rever. The results showed that the majority of victims are girls, aged between five and twelve years old. This study also showed a large participation of cities in the interior of the state, showing a possible lack of services in these locations. The second empirical work studied as twin sisters, victims of sexual abuse perpetrated by the father, paternal grandfather and uncle, understand the relationships in your family, in terms of cohesion, hierarchy, affectivity, conflict and identification. The results showed low family cohesion, high hierarchy with a high power to abusers, low self-matching and identification of victims with the abusers. The latest study investigated three girls from different families, from these same variables. The results indicated relations of low and high affectivity conflict of girls with the abusers and between parents. With the mother and the brothers, the girls realize relations more affective and less conflicting. Mothers and sisters are models for them, while the parents are not. There is the importance of expanding knowledge about the families in which case sexual abuse, using it both in the prevention as measures of treatment. Preventive measures can act as promoters of denunciation and consequent minimizing the impact on the development of these victims. A refinement of the models of treatment, including greater integration of mothers and brothers in the accompanying psychological can help strengthen these relationships and thus allow a more consistent recovery for the victim.
