Narrativa, memória e luta por reconhecimento : trajetória de mulheres dirigentes sindicais da FETRAF-RS/CUT

Abstract

Esta tese está voltada para a memória coletiva de agricultoras familiares do movimento sindical no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, em contexto de luta por reconhecimento social e de representatividade. Analisa a trajetória de mulheres dirigentes sindicais e como ocorreu o processo de constituição destas lideranças, contemplando as questões subjacentes. Para tanto, faz-se uso da narrativa biográfica como instrumento analítico para a abordagem da memória coletiva das atrizes sociais, tendo por objeto empírico a Federação dos Trabalhadores na Agricultura Familiar do Rio Grande do Sul (FETRAF RS/CUT). Visando analisar a narrativa das agricultoras familiares enquanto dirigentes sindicais, fez-se uso de aportes teóricos do Reconhecimento Social, Representatividade e Redistribuição, os quais forneceram conceitos para compreender a luta contra as injustiças sociais e dimensões das relações de poder, através da subjetividade. Esses procedimentos permitiram evidenciar as táticas de resistência mobilizadas pelas mulheres, os desafios de sua representatividade e as materialidades do seu cotidiano. Desta forma, a emergência de novos significados para a luta por reconhecimento teve efeitos sobre a construção dos problemas no meio rural, fazendo com que as problemáticas de gênero ganhassem espaço acadêmico e mobilizassem os segmentos socais e políticos nos quais se inserem as agricultoras familiares.

This thesis is focused on the collective memory of family farmers in the union movement in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in a context of struggle for social recognition and representativeness. It analyzes the trajectory of women as union leaders and how the process of constituting these leaders took place, considering the underlying issues. For this purpose, the biographical narrative is used as an analytical tool to address the collective memory of social actresses, with the empirical objective of the Federation of Workers in Family Agriculture of Rio Grande do Sul (FETRAF-RS / CUT). In order to analyze the narrative of family farmers as union leaders, theoretical contributions from Social Recognition, Representativeness and Redistribution were used, which provided concepts to understand the fight against social injustices and dimensions of power relations through subjectivity. These procedures made it possible to highlight the resistance tactics mobilized, the challenges of representativeness and the materialities of daily life. In this way, the emergence of new meanings for the struggle for recognition had effects on the construction of problems in rural areas, making the subject of gender issues gain academic space, as well as mobilizing the social and political segments.
