A educação permanente como estratégia de resistência dos/as trabalhadores/as no acolhimento institucional

Abstract

O presente Trabalho de Conclusão do Curso (TCC) de Serviço Social da UFRGS busca evidenciar como se expressa a constituição dos processos de Educação Permanente no Serviço de Acolhimento Institucional, vinculado a Fundação de Proteção Especial do Rio Grande do Sul (FPERGS), no Núcleo de Abrigos Residenciais Leste (NAR Leste). O processo investigativo teve como problema de pesquisa como se constituem os processos de Educação Permanente no Serviço de Acolhimento Institucional e suas repercussões para o trabalho dos/as profissionais e como objetivo geral, analisar como se constituem os processos de Educação Permanente no Serviço de Acolhimento Institucional e suas repercussões para o trabalho dos/as profissionais, com vistas a compreender a contribuição da Educação Permanente no cotidiano de trabalho. O tema de estudo está vinculado a dois tipos de pesquisa, uma bibliográfica realizada no período de 2019/2, que tem o objetivo analisar de forma crítica, as produções realizadas na área do Serviço Social sobre Educação Permanente na Política Nacional de Assistência Social desde a criação da PNEP-SUAS, e a outra, por meio de pesquisa documental a partir das produções realizadas no projeto de intervenção de estágio curricular obrigatório de Serviço Social II e III, realizado durante o ano de 2019. Sobre os resultados da pesquisa bibliográfica apenas 0,77% do material encontrado versava sobre Educação Permanente no SUAS. Quanto a Educação Permanente mostrou-se como um instrumento, que possibilita articulação teórico-prática, que valoriza as experiências de trabalho, os saberes e resistências coletivas dos/as trabalhadores/as.

This UFRGS Social Work Course Conclusion Paper (TCC) seeks to show how the constitution of Permanent Education processes in the Institutional Reception Service is expressed, linked to the Special Protection Foundation of Rio Grande do Sul (FPERGS), at the Center Residential Shelters East (East NAR). The investigative process had as a research problem how the Permanent Education processes in the Institutional Reception Service are constituted and their repercussions for the professionals' work and as a general objective, to analyze how the Permanent Education processes in the Institutional Reception Service are constituted. and its repercussions for the work of the professionals, in order to understand the contribution of Permanent Education in the daily work. The subject of study is linked to two types of research, a bibliography carried out in the period 2019/2, which aims to critically analyze the productions carried out in the area of Social Service on Permanent Education in the National Social Assistance Policy since the creation of PNEP-SUAS, and the other, by means of documentary research based on the productions carried out in the intervention project of mandatory curricular internship of Social Service II and III, carried out during the year 2019. On the results of the bibliographic research only 0,77% of the material found was about Permanent Education at SUAS. As for Permanent Education, it proved to be an instrument, which allows theoretical-practical articulation, which values the work experiences, the knowledge and collective resistance of the workers.
