Vivas nos queremos! : os discursos de mulheres em situação de violência doméstica que foram em busca de ajuda

Abstract

Este estudo tem como objetivo compreender os processos sociais, históricos, ideológicos e discursivos que corroboram para que as violências machistas, em especial a violência contra a mulher no espaço doméstico, foco deste trabalho, continuem apresentando números alarmantes de vítimas, inclusive fatais, até os dias de hoje. Ademais, buscou-se refletir sobre possibilidades de interferir na realidade da sociedade patriarcal e capitalista brasileira com vistas a contribuir para o avanço da luta contra as violências. Para tanto, o trabalho foi inscrito sob os pressupostos teóricos da Análise de Discurso de origem francesa, inaugurada por Michel Pêcheux, e possibilitou que conceitos-chave como ideologia, emergência do sujeito para a AD, formações discursivas e ideológicas e condições de produção pudessem ser abordados e discutidos. A análise teórica dos pressupostos da AD aponta que o assujeitamento dos sujeitos é ideológico e se dá sob o que Pêcheux chamou de tomadas de posição. Este estudo ainda faz uma discussão sobre condições de produção que permitem observar os processos históricos, discursivos e ideológicos que determinaram o lugar subalterno da mulher na sociedade ocidental machista, patriarcal e capitalista do século XXI. O corpus desta pesquisa é de natureza experimental uma vez que, conforme Courtine (2014) não se trata de documentos pré-existentes mas de relatos livres de mulheres que passaram por violência doméstica e foram em busca de ajuda na Casa de Referência da Mulher – Mulheres Mirabal, situada em Porto Alegre/RS. As entrevistas foram estruturadas em torno de 3 blocos. O primeiro deles compreendeu as narrativas sobre as infâncias, crenças, familiares, entre outras questões concernentes às condições de existência delas, o que possibilitou compreender o funcionamento e as condições de produção da violência contra a mulher no ambiente doméstico a partir de uma ótica histórico-discursiva; o segundo bloco tratou da convivência com o agressor até o momento em que elas saíram dos lares violentos, dando abertura para se refletir sobre o que ocorre no espaço-tempo de transição entre a casa violenta e a casa de passagem além de como as FIds configuram , nos discursos, a representação de contradições inerentes aos AIEs envolvidos; e o terceiro diz respeito à experiência de cada uma delas com a Mirabal. Após concluir as análises, foi possível observar que dentro da Mirabal circularam práticas, saberes, rituais de acolhimento e de formação feminista, contribuindo para que mulheres que passaram por diversas formas de violência doméstica pudessem retomar a vida e até mesmo tentar ajudar outras mulheres. Demonstrou-se que, na luta de classes, há espaço para mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica se configurarem como sujeitas contraidentificadas ou desidentificadas.

This study aims to understand the social, historical, ideological and discursive processes that corroborate that sexist violence, especially violence against women in the domestic space, the focus of this dissertation, continue to present alarming numbers of victims, including fatal ones, until nowadays. In addition, we sought to reflect on possibilities of interfering in the reality of Brazilian patriarchal and capitalist society with a view to contributing to the advancement of the fight against violence. To this end, the work was inscribed under the theoretical basis of French Discourse Analysis, inaugurated by Michel Pêcheux, and made it possible that key concepts such as ideology, emergence of the subject for DA, discursive and ideological formations and conditions of production could be addressed and discussed. The theoretical analysis of the DA postulates points out that the subject's subjection is ideological and takes place under what Pêcheux called positioning. This study also discusses the conditions of production that allow observing the historical, discursive and ideological processes that determined the subordinate place of women in the 21st-century male, patriarchal and capitalist society. The corpus of this research is of an experimental nature since, according to Courtine (2014), these are not pre-existing documents but free reports by women who have experienced domestic violence and sought help at Casa de Referência da Mulher – Mulheres Mirabal, located in Porto Alegre / RS. The interviews were structured around 3 blocks. The first one comprised the narratives about childhoods, beliefs, family members, among other issues concerning their conditions of existence, which made it possible to understand the functioning and conditions of the production of violence against women in the domestic environment from a historical-discursive perspective; the second block dealt with coexistence with the aggressor until the moment they left the violent homes, opening up to reflect on what happens in the space-time of transition between the violent house and the passage house, in addition to how the IFs are configured, in the discourses, the representation of contradictions inherent to the ISAs involved; and the third concerns the experience of each of them with Mirabal. After concluding the analyzes, it was possible to observe that within Mirabal, practices, knowledge, welcoming rituals and feminist education circulated, contributing so that women who went through various forms of domestic violence could resume their lives and even try to help other women. It was shown that, in the class struggle, there is room for women victims of domestic violence to be configured as counter-identified or de-identified subjects.
