Os estágios docentes de educação física na educação infantil : a percepção do professor supervisor

Abstract

Em todo curso de licenciatura há uma disciplina no currículo acadêmico, voltada para a prática do estágio docente e sua formação, nesse espaço de fruição da docência encontra-se o professor supervisor, definido como tutor das turmas onde ocorrerá o estágio, tendo o papel de mediador e orientador da prática. Sendo assim o presente estudo tem como objetivo: Analisar a percepção dos professores supervisores da educação infantil sobre os estágios de docência da educação física. Métodos: Estudo com caráter descritivo que teve por instrumento de coleta de dados, uma entrevista semi estruturada, onde foram envolvidos quatro professores supervisores da Escola General Flores da Cunha que já tiveram estagiários de educação física trabalhando com suas turmas. Para análise dos dados foi utilizada a Análise de Conteúdo de BARDIN (2011) que objetivou identificar categorias de análise, sobre as percepções dos professores supervisores nos processos de estágio em docência de educação física na educação infantil. O estudo tematizou alguns princípios importantes para os processos de formação de professores, de forma específica no momento e espaço do estágio curricular, buscando analisar os benefícios dos estágios, a relação entre os professores supervisores e os estagiários, algumas percepções necessárias para as mudanças das propostas de estágio docente de educação física na educação infantil. Os resultados presentes, evidenciam uma percepção dos professores supervisores de certa forma, significativa nos benefícios do estágio curricular tal como a comunicação direta envolvida entre o supervisor e o estagiário no processo de estágio.

In every undergraduate course there is a discipline in the academic curriculum, focused on the practice of the teaching internship and its formation, in this space of teaching enjoyment is the supervisor teacher, defined as tutor of the classes where the internship will take place, having the role of mediator and guiding the practice. Thus, the present study aims to: Analyze the perception of the teachers supervising the early childhood education on the stages of physical education teaching. Methods: This was a descriptive study that had as a data collection instrument a semi structured interview, where four supervisors of the General Flores da Cunha School were involved, who already had physical education trainees working with their classes. To analyze the data, the Content Analysis of BARDIN (2011) was used to identify categories of analysis on the perceptions of supervisors in the processes of training in physical education teaching in children's education. The study thematized some important principles for teacher training processes, specifically in the moment and space of the curricular stage, seeking to analyze the benefits of internships, the relationship between supervisors and trainees, some perceptions necessary for the changes of the proposals of physical education teacher training in early childhood education. The present results evidenced a perception of the supervisors to some extent, significant in the benefits of the curricular stage such as the direct communication involved between the supervisor and the trainee in the internship process.
