Clipping digital em bibliotecas : o exemplo do Banco de Notícias da Biblioteca Digital do Senado Federal

Abstract

Aborda a questão do clipping digital em bibliotecas. Busca responder como se dá o uso do clipping pelo Banco de Notícias da Biblioteca Digital do Senado Federal, levando em consideração os diversos tipos de informação jornalística disponível na Internet. Estuda o webjornalismo e suas diversas formas, como os sites noticiosos, os blogs noticiosos e o Twitter, este também como fonte de informação jornalística. Apresenta o histórico da Biblioteca Acadêmico Luiz Viana Filho - Biblioteca do Senado Federal - por ser responsável pela Biblioteca Digital do Senado Federal. A pesquisa é exploratória e utiliza metodologia qualitativa. O instrumento de coleta de dados é um formulário com itens baseados em Tomaél et al. (2004). Analisa o Banco de Notícias da Biblioteca Digital do Senado Federal verificando a qualidade e a forma do uso do clipping pelo mesmo. Conclui que o Banco de Notícias, que faz uso do clipping de webjornalismo nos sites de notícias de agências reconhecidas, apresenta-se como uma fonte de informação confiável e atualizada. Sugere o uso do clipping de outras formas de webjornalismo pelas bibliotecas em geral e também pela Biblioteca Acadêmico Luiz Viana Filho - Biblioteca do Senado Federal.

It approaches the question of clipping digital in libraries. Search to answer as if of the o use of clipping for the Bank of News of the Digital Library of the Federal Senate, taking in consideration the diverse types of available journalistic information in the Internet. It studies the webjournalism and its diverse forms, as the news sites, blogs news and Twitter, this also as source of journalistic information. It presents the description of the Academic Library Luiz Viana Filho - Library of the Federal Senate - for being responsible for Digital Library of the Federal Senate. The research is exploratory and uses qualitative methodology. The instrument of collection of data is a form with item based on Tomaél et al. (2004). It analyzes the Bank of Notice of the Digital Library of the Federal Senate verifying the quality and the form of the use of clipping for the same. It concludes that the Bank of News, that makes use of clipping of webjournalism in the sites of notice of recognized agencies, is presented as a source of trustworthy and brought up to date information. It also suggests the use of clipping of other forms of webjournalism for the libraries in general and for the Academic Library Luiz Viana Filho - Library of the Federal Senate.
