Construindo memórias : o Filó de Vila Flores, RS como recurso patrimonial para o desenvolvimento local

Abstract

Esta pesquisa teve por objetivo avaliar a potencialidade do Filó de Vila Flores, RS, como recurso patrimonial para o desenvolvimento local em uma perspectiva de museologia social e de espírito do lugar. Para tanto, a metodologia teve como base a pesquisa etnográfica, com saídas de campo, observação participante e realização de entrevistas baseadas em registros de história oral, complementadas com pesquisa bibliográfica para o embasamento do contexto histórico da imigração e colonização italiana. Como evento turístico, o Filó de Vila Flores retoma as vivências dos tradicionais filós com uma performance que inclui a história local, canções italianas e gauchescas, jantar com polenta, brincadeiras e orações. Para compreender a relação dos referenciais culturais com o território, realizou-se o mapeamento dos recursos patrimoniais materiais do município de Vila Flores, sobretudo das capelas, e a análise dos saberes e valores culturais que norteiam os elementos identitários e a memória coletiva dos ítalo-brasileiros. O campo teórico fundamentou-se em cartas e declarações patrimoniais para traçar reflexões sobre a relação entre patrimônio e turismo, discutindo aspectos positivos e negativos que podem se caracterizar tanto como oportunidades quanto ameaças. Para delinear as discussões sobre o desenvolvimento local, conceitos sobre museologia social e musealização foram apresentados como campos científico e técnico para uma proposta de criação de museu de memória na casa do artesão, local de performance do filó. Como resultados, propõem-se ações de educação patrimonial, de inventário participativo e reconhecimento da dressa e do jogo da mora como patrimônio imaterial da cultura de matriz italiana.

This research aimed to evaluate the potential of the Filó in Vila Flores, RS, as a heritage resource for local development from the perspective of social museology and the spirit of the place. To this end, the methodology was based on ethnographic research, with field trips, participant observation, and interviews based on oral history records, complemented by bibliographic research to support the historical context of Italian immigration and colonization. As a tourist event, the Filó in Vila Flores revisits the experiences of traditional filós with a performance that includes local history, Italian and gaucho songs, a polenta dinner, games, and prayers. To understand the relationship between cultural references and the territory, the material heritage resources of the municipality of Vila Flores were mapped, especially the chapels, and the knowledge and cultural values that guide the identity elements and collective memory of Italian-Brazilians were analyzed. The theoretical field was based on heritage letters and declarations to outline reflections on the relationship between heritage and tourism, discussing positive and negative aspects that can be characterized as opportunities and threats. To outline discussions on local development, concepts of social museology and musealization were presented as scientific and technical fields for a proposal to create a museum of memory in the artisan's house, where filó is performed. As a result, actions of heritage education, participatory inventory, and recognition of the dressa and the mora game as intangible heritage of Italian culture are proposed.
