Como cultivar a presença? uma análise do LAB. Presença na Bonja

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo elencar e analisar as nuances e desafios do projeto em arte e educação, intitulado “LAB. Presença”, realizado no ano de 2023, e promovido pelos educadores do Setor Educativo do Museu de Arte Contemporânea do RS. O “LAB.Presença” propôs a realização de atividades voltadas para a comunidade escolar e para projetos sociais, relacionando arte, educação e o acervo da instituição. O intuito do projeto foi conceber um lugar de convivência, criação e troca entre o museu e os espaços interessados, por meio do deslocamento dos educadores para as instituições parceiras, e vice-versa, visando uma via de mão dupla entre os lugares. Na sua primeira edição, o projeto foi executado com o grupo do Programa Nacional Inclusão de Jovens (ProJovem), da zona leste da cidade, especificamente com os jovens do Bairro Bom Jesus. O LAB. Presença contou com seis meses de trabalho integrando as equipes do MACRS e o grupo de jovens envolvidos que finalizaram com a exposição “Território: criações a partir do LAB. Presença”, na qual os jovens participantes atuaram como artistas, curadores e mediadores. Esta mostra ocorreu do dia 09 de dezembro de 2023 a 17 de fevereiro de 2024, na Galeria Augusto Meyer, do MACRS, localizado na Casa de Cultura Mario Quintana.

The present work aims to list and analyze the nuances and challenges of the project in art and education, entitled “LAB. Presence”, held in 2023, and promoted by educators from the Educational Sector of the Museum of Contemporary Art of RS. “LAB.Presença” proposed carrying out activities aimed at the school community and social projects, relating art, education and the institution’s collection. The aim of the project was to design a place for coexistence, creation and exchange between the museum and interested spaces, through the movement of educators to partner institutions, and vice versa, aiming for a two-way street between the places. In its first edition, the project was carried out with the group from the National Youth Inclusion Program (ProJovem), from the east side of the city, specifically with young people from Bairro Bom Jesus. THE LAB. The presence included six months of work integrating the MACRS teams and the group of young people involved, which ended with the exhibition “Território: creations from the LAB. Presence”, in which the young participants acted as artists, curators and mediators. This exhibition took place from December 9, 2023 to February 17, 2024, at Galeria Augusto Meyer, MACRS, located at Casa de Cultura Mario Quintana.
