As migrações do campo para a cidade na república popular da China

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal descrever o processo de migração do campo para a cidade na República Popular da China (RPC). Para tanto, faremos a apresentação da estrutura político-administrativa da RPC, bem como a evolução e a conjuntura econômica chinesa. Dentre os aspectos relevantes paras migrações internas na RPC, iremos abordar o Sistema de Registro de Residência, em seu caráter de controle institucional dos movimentos populacionais e também as desigualdades entre campo e cidade. Tendo em vista que o processo migratório dá-se em resposta às mudanças estruturais das forças produtivas.

This paper aims to describe the rural-urban migration in the People's Republic of China (PRC). For this, we will present the political and administrative structure of the PRC as well as the contextualization of the Chinese economic. Among the relevant aspects to understand internal migration in the PRC, we will consider the residence registration system in its institutional control character of population movement as well as rural-urban inequalities. Given that the migration process occurs in response to structural changes of the productive forces.
