Produzir saberes indagando a política : a formação pelo trabalho na perspectiva do aprender

Abstract

Esta dissertação dedica-se a pensar a temática da formação em serviço a partir de uma experiência de pesquisa-intervenção realizada com trabalhadores da saúde de uma UBS localizada no município de Porto Alegre. Traz como centrais leituras que compreendem o trabalho a partir da perspectiva da atividade, que reconhecem o trabalhar como uma experiência marcada pela renormatização mediante debates de normas e valores. Trata-se de uma experiência de ordem vital e que tem como característica se relacionar com instâncias diversas do corpo social ao qual se está envolvido. A microgestão operada em meio ao reordenamento dessas normas traz à tona a impossibilidade de separar o trabalho da dimensão política, aqui entendida como modos de gerir essa vida que é comum e partilhada, sendo o trabalho em saúde uma das maneiras de pautar modos de viver em conjunto. Partindo da constatação proveniente da renormatização de que há produção de saberes em meio ao próprio trabalho em saúde, busca-se problematizar a formação pelo trabalho para discutir a produção de saberes como conjugada com a feitura da política. O método empregado tem como central a análise da atividade, por onde se constata, em meio à pesquisa, que a proposta de formação nessa modalidade constrói espaços de problematização e desnaturalização dos processos de trabalho. O método suscita entre os trabalhadores debates onde fazer política e produzir saberes se coengendram na medida em que se fundam outras possibilidades de trabalhar através do olhar crítico às condutas cotidianas e à forma como são moduladas, convidando a debater que SUS e que modos de viver se produzem mediante esse trabalho. A partir da experiência da pesquisa discute-se a formação, dialogando com as contribuições de Gilles Deleuze a respeito do aprender, pensando a formação em serviço no sentido de que produção de saberes se dá mediante crítica do instituído. A emergência de novas formas de trabalhar ocorre em meio ao exercício da política, na medida em que, ao analisar a atividade, os trabalhadores pautam o SUS e a vida em comum nos rumos que lhes parecem mais coerentes e assim constroem, fundamentam e disputam os sentidos de seu trabalho.

This dissertation is dedicated to thinking about the theme of in-service training based on an experience of research-intervention carried out with health workers from a UBS located in the city of Porto Alegre. We bring as central, readings that understand the work from the perspective of the activity, that recognize the work as an experience marked by the renormatization through debates of norms and values. It is a vital experience and has the characteristic of relating to different instances of the social body to which it is involved. The micromanagement operated in the midst of the reorganization of these norms brings to light the impossibility of separating work from the political dimension, here understood as ways of managing this life that is common and shared, with health work being one of the ways of guiding ways of living in set. Starting from the observation that the renormatization that there is production of knowledge in the midst of health work itself, we seek to problematize training through work to discuss the production of knowledge as combined with the making of politics. The central method used was the analysis of the activity, through which we found in the middle of the research that the proposal for training in this modality builds spaces for problematizing and denaturalizing work processes. The method raises debates among workers on where to make politics and produce knowledge co-emerge as other possibilities of working are founded through a critical look at daily behaviors and the way they are modulated, inviting to debate which SUS and what ways of living are produce through this work. Based on the research experience, we discussed training in dialogue with Gilles Deleuze's contributions regarding learning, thinking about in service training in the sense that the production of knowledge occurs through criticism of the instituted. The emergence of new ways of working occurs in the midst of the exercise of politics as, when analyzing the activity, workers guide the SUS and life in common in the directions that seem more coherent to them and thus build, ground and dispute the meanings of your job.
