Apego e aliança terapêutica : reflexões teórico-práticas

Abstract

O presente trabalho, por meio de uma revisão narrativa da literatura, dedicou-se a identificar convergências entre Teoria do Apego e aliança terapêutica a fim de ampliar a compreensão sobre características do terapeuta que agregam qualidade em sua relação com o paciente, analisando se o vínculo que se estabelece influencia no êxito do processo terapêutico. Constatou-se que a Teoria do Apego, devido a sua compreensão relacional do desenvolvimento humano, pode ser considerada como uma importante visão orientadora de metodologias psicoterápicas, a qual amplia a compreensão do papel do terapeuta, podendo influenciar no estabelecimento de alianças terapêuticas mais efetivas.

The present work, through a narrative review of the literature, was dedicated to identifying convergences between Attachment Theory and therapeutic alliance in order to broaden the understanding of therapist characteristics that add quality to their relationship with the patient, analyzing whether the bond that is established influences the success of the therapeutic process. It was found that the Attachment Theory, due to its relational understanding of human development, can be considered as an important guiding vision of psychotherapeutic methodologies, which expands the understanding of the therapist's role, and can influence the establishment of more effective therapeutic alliances.
