A literatura no contexto da educação infantil

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como tema a literatura na Educação Infantil a partir da questão motivadora: qual a importância da literatura no desenvolvimento das crianças e que ações podem ser realizadas no contexto escolar, de modo que a criança tenha um desenvolvimento integral? e objetivou investigar estratégias que professores da Educação Infantil adotam para utilizar livros de literatura na sua atuação docente. Neste contexto, buscou-se encontrar ações de possível integração entre literatura e desenvolvimento infantil. Tal tema e objetivos são esclarecidos através de estudos em referenciais teóricos sobre o assunto, além da realização de um questionário online, enviado à docentes atuantes na área da Educação Infantil, a fim de responder questões que apontassem de que modo a literatura está presente na sua prática docente. Ao concluir o estudo teórico e a realização do questionário e análise de dados, foi possível perceber diferentes maneiras de ensinar literatura na Educação Infantil, através de estratégias e diversos métodos de ensino que envolvem recursos materiais e corporais, além de concluir a importância da Literatura na vida dos sujeitos.

The present work had as its theme literature in Early Childhood Education from the motivating question: what is the importance of literature in the development of children and what actions can be carried out in the school context, so that the child has an integral development? and aimed to investigate strategies that Early Childhood Education teachers adopt to use literature books in their teaching activities. In this context, we sought to find actions of possible integration between literature and child development. This theme and objectives are clarified through studies in theoretical references on the subject, in addition to conducting an online questionnaire, sent to teachers working in the area of Early Childhood Education, in order to answer questions that point out how literature is present in their teaching practice. Upon completing the theoretical study and carrying out the questionnaire and data analysis, it was possible to perceive different ways of teaching literature in Early Childhood Education, through strategies and different teaching methods that involve material and corporal resources, in addition to concluding the importance of Literature in the lives of the subjects.
