Violência doméstica e familiar e o reflexo no ambiente escolar

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve por objetivo analisar a relação entre a violência doméstica no município de Butiá-RS e os reflexos desta no ambiente escolar. A estratégia de busca dos resultados foi a análise de dados coletados através de pesquisa junto a supervisoras escolares da rede municipal de educação, assistente social do CRAS (Centro de Referência de Assistência social) e CMEI ( Centro Municipal de Educação Inclusiva), Conselho Tutelar, CREAS (Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social), Coordenadoria das Mulheres e Delegacia de Polícia Civil. Para o embasamento teórico foi utilizado a contribuição de Émilie Durkheim, que através da teoria dos fatos sociais estabeleceu um entendimento sobre este o funcionamento da sociedade. Buscou-se discutir os reflexos no ambiente escolar e responder as seguintes interrogativas: como a violência doméstica no município de Butiá se manifesta e produz repercussão no ambiente escolar? A partir daí, decorre o objetivo geral que é o de analisar a relação entre a violência doméstica e familiar no município e os reflexos no ambiente escolar. Como metodologia, foi adotada a entrevista qualitativa estruturada e revisão da literatura. Por meio da análise, notou-se que muitos profissionais da educação ainda se sentem inseguros para falar sobre esta temática, pois alguns não quiseram colaborar com a realização deste trabalho. Durante a pesquisa constatou-se que a violência é uma constante, refletindo negativamente no desenvolvimento escolar do indivíduo, provocando nas crianças tristeza, agressividade, atraso no desenvolviimento entre outros. A rede de ação social do município conta com secretarias que atendem as demandas sociais e apoio às vítimas de violência doméstica e familiar, onde as usuárias são encaminhadas para os atendimentos que são necessários. Para o enfrentamento das dificuldades de aprendizagem, a prefeitura municipal conta com projetos que estão sendo desenvolvidos com crianças, adolescentes e famílias para conscientização geral da população sobre a importância do diálogo e orientação sobre o enfrentamento à violência.

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between domestic violence in the city of Butiá-RS and its effects on the school environment. The search strategy for the results was the analysis of data collected through research with school supervisors from the municipal education network, social workers from CRAS (Social Assistance Reference Center) and CMEI (Municipal Center for Inclusive Education), Tutelary Council, CREAS (Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance), Women's Coordination and Civil Police Station. For the theoretical basis, the contribution of Émilie Durkheim was used, who, through the theory of social facts, established an understanding of the functioning of society. We sought to discuss the reflections in the school environment and answer the following questions: how does domestic violence in the municipality of Butiá manifest itself and produce repercussions in the school environment? From there, the general objective follows, which is to analyze the relationship between domestic and family violence in the municipality and the effects on the school environment. As a methodology, the structured qualitative interview and literature review were adopted. Through the analysis, it was noted that many education professionals still feel insecure to talk about this topic, as some did not want to collaborate with this work. During the research it was found that violence is a constant, reflecting negatively on the individual's school development, causing sadness, aggression, delay in development among others in children. The municipality's social action network has secretariats that meet social demands and support victims of domestic and family violence, where users are referred to the care that is necessary. To face learning difficulties, the municipal government has projects that are being developed with children, adolescents and families to raise general awareness of the population about the importance of dialogue and guidance on fighting violence.
