A aprendizagem na cadeia agroindustrial do frango no Estado de Goiás

Abstract

O estudo apresentado nesta dissertação teve como objetivo identificar o processo de aprendizagem no funcionamento das empresas e cadeia agroindustrial do frango em Goiás. O estudo foi dividido em duas etapas: estudo exploratório e estudo de caso. O estudo exploratório foi fundamental para melhor conhecimento e compreensão da aprendizagem na cadeia agroindustrial do frango. O estudo de caso foi realizado na empresa Perdigão-Rio Verde, onde pode ser verificada a aprendizagem ocorrida quando da instalação desta unidade da empresa em região com características diferentes das outras regiões de atuação da empresa. A coleta de dados foi realizada através de entrevistas, questionário, observação e análise documental. Os resultados foram analisados de forma qualitativa e quantitativa. Teve-se como resultado a melhor compreensão sobre a importância do processo de aprendizagem e de se trabalhar sempre buscando novas aprendizagens. Pode-se perceber a importância da aprendizagem individual, organizacional e na cadeia como fator de alavancagem e desenvolvimento da cadeia. Foi possível o levantamento de dados sobre as barreiras para o processo de aprendizagem bem como, a constatação de que os fatores positivos superam as barreiras existentes. Esses fatores positivos é que têm possibilitado o desenvolvimento da aprendizagem na cadeia. Com a realização do estudo pode-se concluir que as empresas da cadeia agroindustrial do frango em Goiás estão compreendendo a importância de realizarem novas aprendizagens a cada momento tornando possível o desenvolvimento da cadeia para a conquista de mercados internos e/ou externos. As constantes adaptações necessárias para se estabelecer em novas regiões é realizada através de processo de aprendizagem intenso. A cadeia do frango em Goiás tem conseguido assimilar esta situação o que tem garantido uma maior fatia do mercado. Como resultado do trabalho de pesquisa foram elaborados quadros e figuras representativas do processo de aprendizagem nas empresas e cadeias agroindustriais do frango no Estado de Goiás.

The objetive of the study presented in this essay is identifying the learning process in the in the operation of enterprises and productive chain of the chicken in Goiás. The study was divided into two stages: exploratory study and case study. The exploratory study was fundamental in expanding knowledge and understanding the learning in the productive chain of the chicken. The case study was to took place at the Perdigão-Rio Verde Company. Where can verify the learning that occurred when the installation of this unit company in the region with diferents characteristics of other regions of the company's perfomance. The collection of data was realized through interviews, questionnaires, obseravations and documentar analysis. The results were analyzed in a quantitative and qualitative form. The result was a better comprehension in the importance of the learning process and always working in searching for new ways of learning. One can perceive the importance of the individual learning process key, organization and in the chain as a factor of in the leaming and development of the chain. With the realization of this study, can conclude that this companies of productive chain in the chicken in Goiás are understood the importance of realizin new leaming processes at every moment making possible the development of chains for the conquest of the interna! and/or externa! market. The necessary constant adaptations to establish in new regions is realized through the process of intense learning. The chicken chain in Goiás has been able to assimilate this situation which has guaranteed a larger portion of the market. As a result of the research, boards and representative figures were elaborated of the learning process in the company and productive chicken chain in the state of Goiás.
