As agroindústrias familiares em Marau/RS: potencialidades e limitantes

Abstract

Essa pesquisa buscou identificar quais são as potencialidades e os limitantes para as agroindústrias familiares no município de Marau/RS. Os objetivos específicos constituem-se nos desdobramentos do objetivo geral os quais tem como propósito estudar quais os formatos existentes de agroindústrias familiares em termos de variabilidade e disponibilidade de matéria prima utilizada, da gestão de recursos humanos e do perfil econômico do empreendimento; identificar as estratégias de comercialização e os canais existentes para os produtos das agroindústrias familiares; diagnosticar dentre as agroindústrias pesquisadas, legalizadas ou informais, quais os principais fatores tecnológicos, de gestão e legais que favorecem e ou atrapalham o seu desenvolvimento e identificar a ação da mulher no ambiente da agroindústria familiar. A pesquisa realizada foi baseada em amostragem intencional em seis Agroindústrias Familiares Rurais – AFRs do município de Marau-RS, onde temos duas agroindústrias que processadoras de lácteos sendo uma informal e outra formal, e ainda duas agroindústrias que processam derivados de carne suína . Juntamente com essas agroindústrias iremos analisar duas agroindústrias uma de lácteos e outra de carne suína que acabaram encerando suas atividades.

That research looked for to identify which are the potentialities and the constraints for the family agroindustries in the municipal district of Marau/RS. The specific objectives are constituted in the unfoldings of the general objective which he/she has as purpose to study which the existent formats of family agroindustries in variability terms and matter readiness excels used, of the administration of human resources and of the economical profile of the enterprise; to identify the commercialization strategies and the existent channels for the products of the family agroindustries; to diagnose among the researched agroindustries, legalized or you inform, which the main technological factors, of administration and legal that favor and or they disturb his/her development and to identify the woman's action in the atmosphere of the family agroindustries. The accomplished research was based on intentional sampling in six Rural Family Agribusinesses - AFRs of the municipal district of Marau-RS, in the which two agroindustries processing of milky, being an informal one and other formal one, and still two that process derived of meat pork. Together with those agroindustries we will analyze two agroindustries one of milky and another of meat pork that you/they ended up containing their activities.
