Legal design aplicado ao setor de estágios da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é aplicar a metodologia do Legal Design ao setor de estágios da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, para identificar e solucionar alguns de seus problemas. Dessa forma, aplicou-se quatro fases do Legal Design: a) descoberta, para entender a perspectiva dos estagiários, concedentes de estágio e instituição de ensino sobre o setor de estágios da UFRGS, por meio de entrevistas e questionário online; b) interpretação, para analisar as informações coletadas e definir os problemas a serem enfrentados; c) ideação, para desenvolver soluções aos problemas; e d) experimentação, para testar algumas das soluções desenvolvidas. Verificou-se, assim, que o setor de estágios da UFRGS apresenta diversos problemas, principalmente em relação ao sistema de gestão de estágios, termo de compromisso de estágio, disponibilização das informações sobre estágio na internet e acompanhamento dos estagiários. Para esses problemas, apresentou-se soluções, com o desenvolvimento de protótipos para o termo de compromisso de estágio, páginas do setor de estágio na internet e fluxograma das fases envolvidas no estágio da UFRGS. O Legal Design, portanto, demonstrou grande potencial para identificar problemas e apresentou soluções ao setor de estágios da UFRGS, as quais poderão ser implementadas no futuro.

This work aims to apply the Legal Design methodology to the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul's internship sector, to identify and solve some of its problems. Thus, four phases of Legal Design were applied: a) discovery, to understand the perspective of interns, internship grantors, and the university on its internship sector, through interviews and an online questionnaire; b) interpretation, to analyze the information collected and define the problems to be solved; c) ideation, to develop solutions to the problems; d) experimentation, to test some of the solutions developed. It was verified that UFRGS's internship sector presents several problems, especially with the internship management system, the internship contract, the availability of internship information on the internet, and the follow-up of the interns. For these problems, solutions were presented, with the development of prototypes for the internship contract, internship sector web pages, and a flowchart of the phases involved in the internship at UFRGS. Legal Design, therefore, demonstrated great potential for identifying problems and presented solutions to the UFRGS's internship sector, which may be implemented in the future.
