Ensino de funções polinomiais de 1º e 2º graus

Abstract

Este trabalho versa sobre o ensino e a aprendizagem de funções polinomiais de 1º e 2º graus. Para compreender a situação atual da educação matemática no Brasil, foi realizado um resgate histórico sobre o ensino no país, com atenção especial, ao ensino de matemática. Foram discutidas algumas causas para as dificuldades de aprendizagem do conceito de função, bem como estudadas as tendências atuais para o ensino deste conteúdo. Foi proposta uma sequência didática, para o ensino de funções polinomiais de 1º e 2º graus, subsidiada na Teoria de Registro de Representação Semiótica de Raymond Duval, a qual deve ser aplicada com o auxílio de tecnologias da informação, em especial, com o uso do Software GeoGebra.

This work is about the teaching and learning of polynomial functions of 1st and 2nd grade. To understand the current situation of mathematics education in Brazil, was conducted on a historical education in the country, with special attention to teaching math. Were discussed some causes for learning difficulties of the concept of function as well as study current trends in teaching this content. It was proposed an instructional sequence for teaching of polynomial functions of the 1st and 2nd grades, subsidized on the Theory of Registration Representation Semiotics Raymond Duval, which should be applied with the aid of information technology, in special with the use of software GeoGebra.
